Founded in 2007 and based in Vernon, California, Blue Marine Seafood was built on a simple commitment: to provide premium sushi restaurants with seafood they can trust. For nearly two decades, we have proudly served sushi establishments across Southern and Northern California with high-quality, sushi-grade products and dependable service.

Our Expertise
Blue Marine Seafood combines industry experience, operational expertise, and food safety knowledge to deliver high-quality seafood to restaurants across Southern California.
Our CEO studied Food Science at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, completing coursework in food safety, microbiology, and food engineering. This background provides a strong understanding of seafood handling, quality control, and safe food distribution.
Our team brings nearly a decade of logistics and distribution experience, ensuring efficient sourcing, storage, and delivery of seafood products.


Industry Experience
Our operations manager has over 20 years of seafood sourcing experience, supplying high-end restaurants in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, including establishments such as Nobu.
Several members of our sales team have also worked in high-end restaurant kitchens, including management roles at internationally recognized restaurants such as Nobu.
Together, our team understands seafood not only as distributors, but from the perspective of chefs and restaurant operators.
